LUCIA GUARINO

 

Born in 1982 in Foligno (PG).

Dancer and author.

After studying ballet and modern jazz and then contemporary dance, she graduated in Architecture.

She continues her profession as a dancer between Italy, Belgium, Spain and Argentina.

She wins several national and international choreographic research and training projects: DanceMovesCities 2013, KLM 2015, Volcano 2017, WorkspacericercaX 2019.

In 2018 she becomes a teacher Dance Well – dance for parkinson’s desease and teaches in Turin thanks to the support of the project by Lavanderia a Vapore / Piemonte dal Vivo.

As a performer she works with Compagnia Semi Cattivi, Romeo Castellucci, Lisbeth Gruwez, La Società dello Spettacolo, Anna Marocco, Camilla Monga, Simona Bertozzi, Virgilio Sieni, Alessando Carboni.

She collaborates as a choreographer with the prose company Baglioni\Bellani.

Her projects have been presented at festivals and institutions such as PerformatiAltri, Centro per l’Arte Contemporanea Luigi Pecci, Terni Festival, Dance Moves Cities, MovinUp, Performing Santa Caterina, Teatrum Botanicum Emerging Talents, Lavanderia a Vapore, Teatro Libero Palermo, BeFestival, Genius Loci, Festival Asti Teatro, Short Theatre, Young Jazz Festival, KommTanz, Autunno Danza, Teatri di Vetro.
